## Product hierarchy

1. Find opportunities.

2. Check a business or invoice.
   Supplier, customer, charity, and invoice-detail checks against Australian records. Sources can include ABR, ABN, GST, ASIC companies, ASIC business names, and ACNC charities. HoistAI can check business and tax details where supported. It does not prove bank account control.

3. Check an asset.
   Vehicle, equipment, machinery, serial number, company collateral, and asset-security checks before money or goods move. Sources can include PPSR, AFSA, organisation searches, serial-number searches, certificate metadata, VIN, chassis, and serial identifiers. PPSR is the Australian register commonly used to check whether personal property, such as vehicles, equipment, or other serial-numbered assets, has a registered security interest.

4. Monitor changes.
   Watch opportunities, businesses, charities, assets, licences, and records after the first check. Sources can include watchlists, change alerts, monitored entities, monitored assets, and monitored opportunity records.

5. Create Evidence Packs.
   An Evidence Pack is a record of what was checked, when it was checked, what came back, and what needs review. Evidence records may include Evidence Packs, Due Diligence Records, decision memory, audit-chain events, timestamps, and review flags.

6. Flag red flags for review.
   Help agents identify records that may need human review before the workflow continues. Sources may include DFAT sanctions data, ASIC banned and disqualified records, ACNC charity status, and source-conflict checks.

7. Check licences and professionals.
   Targeted checks against public professional and licence records. Sources may include ASIC liquidators, financial advisers, AFS licensees and representatives, credit licensees and representatives, registered auditors, and SMSF auditors.

8. Check addresses and property records.
   Clean Australian addresses and route property-related checks to the right evidence path. Sources may include G-NAF address matching and state or territory property-source coverage.

## Pricing

HoistAI pricing is pay as you go. There is no subscription, no prepaid credits, and no minimum monthly spend.

- Find opportunities: metered per run.
- Check a business or invoice: A$0.10 per ABN/GST check, GST inclusive.
- Check an asset: A$2.75 per asset-security search, GST inclusive. Includes PPSR where the account has access.
- Evidence Packs and monitoring: metered per run or pack where applicable.
- Enterprise: custom limits, procurement paperwork, priority support, custom contracts, and source coverage review.
