Australian data products for AI agents.

Search, check, compare opportunity results on demand, and evidence Australian data through one API. Entity and asset subscriptions, automatic rechecks, and alerts are unavailable.

One API. Many Australian data products.

Start with one product. Add more as your agents take on more work.

1

Find opportunities.

Help agents find tenders, grants, contracts, forecasts, awards, buyers, and incumbent signals.

Human questions: Which tenders match this company? Which grants are open now? Who won this buyer's last contract? Which opportunities should we review first?

Sources: AusTender, GrantConnect, buy.nsw, award records, incumbent signals.

2

Check a business or invoice.

Help agents check supplier, customer, charity, and invoice details against available Australian records.

Human questions: Is this ABN active? Is this business registered for GST? Does this invoice name align with the available ABR record? Does the charity status need review?

Sources: ABR, ABN, GST, and ACNC are available; ASIC Companies and ASIC Business Names are launch-quarantined and unavailable.

HoistAI can check available business and tax details. It does not prove bank account control, and it does not currently return ASIC company or business-name evidence.
3

Asset and PPSR status (unavailable).

Inspect the documented asset-subject contract and current availability boundary before designing a workflow.

Current answer: PPSR preview and explicit-confirmation mechanics are implemented but not currently customer-accessible. Preview requests fail closed without a price or register dispatch.

Contract scope: Organisation and serial-number subjects only; no individual-grantor searches.

Paid PPSR searches, certificates, and pricing are unavailable through Hoist. Account access or a plan does not unlock them; use AFSA direct for a search today.
4

On-demand opportunity delta reports.

Compare opportunity results when you ask. This read-only report is not a subscription, scheduler, automatic recheck, or alert.

Human questions: What changed in this opportunity search since my previous run? Which results are new or updated?

Sources: The opportunity result set supplied to the request and Hoist opportunity-source metadata. Entity and asset monitoring is unavailable.

5

Sample Evidence Packs.

Show agents a prelaunch record shape while labelling every ABR, GST, VIN, and PPSR row as fixture or unsearched.

Human questions: What fields will the export contain? Which rows are samples? When was the sample assembled? What should a human review?

Sample fields: Fixture or unsearched source rows, assembly timestamps, fixture-derived review flags, a sample PDF, and audit artifacts.

The current Evidence Pack export is a prelaunch sample, not a source result, verification, certificate, or clearance. Supported checks return source-cited Evidence Cards.
6

Flag red flags for review.

Help agents identify available records that may need human review before the workflow continues.

Human questions: Is this person banned or disqualified in a released register? Does the charity status need review? Do the available sources conflict?

Sources: ASIC banned and disqualified records and ACNC charity status are available; DFAT sanctions screening is launch-quarantined and unavailable.

HoistAI surfaces available review flags. It does not currently return DFAT match or no-match evidence and does not provide legal, financial, credit, tax, or compliance advice.
7

Check licences and professionals.

Run targeted checks against released public professional and licence records.

Human questions: Is this liquidator registered? Is this adviser, credit representative, or auditor listed? Does this professional record need review?

Sources: ASIC liquidators, financial advisers, credit licensees and representatives, registered auditors, and SMSF auditors are available when their released snapshots are healthy; ASIC AFS licensee and representative checks are launch-quarantined and unavailable.

This is targeted licence checking. HoistAI does not currently return AFS licensee or representative evidence and does not provide broad people-search products.
8

Address and property paths (unavailable).

Review the future G-NAF contract and jurisdiction source-path documentation.

Current answer: Customer address lookup fails closed until a complete server-owned G-NAF snapshot is proven.

Evidence boundary: Representative fixtures are not returned as source evidence.

Direct answers.

What is HoistAI?

HoistAI is an Australian data platform for AI agents. It gives agents one API to search opportunities, check businesses and invoices, compare opportunity results on demand, flag red flags, and receive source-cited Evidence Cards. Separate Evidence Pack exports are prelaunch samples with fixture or unsearched rows. Entity and asset monitoring and Asset/PPSR calls are currently unavailable.

Is HoistAI only for grants and tenders?

No. Opportunities are one HoistAI product. HoistAI also helps agents check businesses and invoices, request on-demand opportunity delta reports, flag red flags, check selected professional registers, and create prelaunch sample Evidence Pack exports. Address lookup, entity and asset monitoring, and Asset/PPSR calls are unavailable.

What is an Evidence Pack?

The current Evidence Pack export is a prelaunch workflow sample. Its ABR, GST, VIN, and PPSR rows are fixture or unsearched, not source results. Supported searches and checks return source-cited Evidence Cards.

How do agents use HoistAI?

Agents use HoistAI through API, MCP, or CLI. They can search Australian data, run approved checks, request read-only opportunity delta reports, and return structured outputs a human can review. Those reports are not subscriptions, automatic rechecks, or alerts.
