Hoist AI
Product 7

Check licences and professionals.

Run targeted checks against public professional and licence records once each required complete, trusted weekly snapshot is loaded.

Use targeted licence checks without turning HoistAI into a people-search tool.

Human questions

  • Is this liquidator registered?
  • Is this adviser listed?
  • Is this credit representative listed?
  • Is this auditor or SMSF auditor listed?
  • Does this professional record need review?

Sources

ASIC liquidators, financial advisers, credit representatives, registered auditors, and SMSF auditors require their corresponding complete, trusted weekly snapshots. AFS representative checks are source-backed only after a complete, trusted AFS composite snapshot and fail closed with source_unavailable until it is healthy. AFSL licence compatibility data is fixture-only, not source evidence. ACL lookup uses an exact trusted snapshot and fails closed when unavailable.

Output

Targeted registers return source-cited responses only when their required snapshots are loaded and trusted. AFS representative responses require the complete trusted composite snapshot; AFSL compatibility responses are sample-only and ACL responses never imply a live/current ASIC extract.

HoistAI supports targeted professional and licence checks conditionally on trusted weekly snapshots. It does not provide broad people-search products. Separate Evidence Pack exports are prelaunch fixture or unsearched samples.
