ASIC banned and disqualified records and ACNC charity status are available once their corresponding complete, trusted weekly snapshots are loaded. Until then, requests fail closed with source_unavailable. DFAT sanctions screening is launch-quarantined and unavailable.

Output

Source-cited results are returned only after the required source snapshot is loaded and trusted. The workflow does not currently return a DFAT match or no-match.

HoistAI flags snapshot-backed records for human review once the source is trusted. It does not provide legal, financial, credit, tax, or compliance advice or risk scoring. Separate Evidence Pack exports are prelaunch fixture or unsearched samples.

Date sourced: 7 August 2026 (licence and dataset-material verification). Weekly snapshots may be stale. Runtime result attribution separately reports the trusted snapshot acquisition date and any upstream effective date.
