Your agent should not guess PPSR and ABN/GST status for a company or trading entity. Hoist provides available ABN/GST checks through API, CLI, or MCP. PPSR preview mechanics are implemented but not currently customer-accessible through those surfaces; paid PPSR searches and pricing are not currently available through Hoist.

Available ABN/GST checks return source-cited fields and an explicit PPSR-unavailable boundary. The separate sample Evidence Pack export contains fixture or unsearched rows, not a PPSR result, price, secured-party record, or certificate.
What works now
A person can obtain any PPSR record directly from AFSA or another provider outside Hoist, then keep it separate from Hoist's available ABN/GST result.
Your agent can use available ABN/GST checks. PPSR preview and explicit-confirmation mechanics are implemented but not currently customer-accessible and fail closed without a price or register dispatch.

Your agent can validate the company ACN and ABN and run supported ABN/GST checks. PPSR subject-preview mechanics are not currently customer-accessible, and live PPSR registration results are not currently available through Hoist.
Entity and asset change comparison is unavailable
Hoist does not currently re-fetch entity or asset sources to prove what changed or stayed unchanged. It creates no entity or asset subscription, schedule, automatic recheck, or alert.
