What Hoist provides

Hoist provides available Australian source data through the website and account-enabled MCP, REST API, and CLI surfaces. PPSR preview and paid search are not currently customer-accessible, and an account, credential, scope, or plan does not unlock them. Preview requests fail closed without a price or register dispatch. See /trust/afsa-b2g for the current PPSR-unavailable access boundary.

Connected AI tools may reword results

If you connect Hoist to an AI tool, that tool may summarise, reword, or choose how to present our output. We do not control that presentation. Review the source record itself before acting on a result.

Hoist does not guarantee that a transaction is safe, lawful, compliant, eligible for finance, or commercially sound. No currently available Hoist operation is paid, and normal customer checkout is unavailable. If Hoist later makes a paid operation customer-accessible, it must use its published confirmation control. Hoist PPSR paid search is unavailable and cannot run after confirmation, account setup, or payment setup. BSB/account details do not prove account control.
