Current availability, account access limits, recent incidents, and planned maintenance for the public site, API, MCP server, and account surfaces.
Some HoistAI services are public, some require approved account access, and some are private preview. This page shows what is live, what is gated, and what is not self-serve yet.
This page separates uptime from access. A host can be reachable while a source still requires approved account access or remains unavailable. A 401 unauthorized response from a private endpoint usually means the service is online and correctly protecting customer operations. Currently available workflows are free to call; normal customer checkout is unavailable.

Service-level commitment
We will publish a formal service-level commitment when paid production traffic is generally available. Until then this page describes what is live, what needs account approval, and what is not self-serve.
How we report
Incidents post here within 30 minutes of detection. Customer-facing impact notifications also go via email to the technical contact on your account. Major incidents get a post-mortem in /blog within 7 days.
