Current availability, account access limits, recent incidents, and planned maintenance for the public site, API, MCP server, and account surfaces.
This page separates uptime from access. A host can be reachable and still require an approved account, billing setup, or source-readiness check before it can run paid register traffic. A 401 unauthorized response from a private endpoint usually means the service is online and correctly protecting customer operations.

Incidents post here within 30 minutes of detection. Customer-facing impact notifications also go via email to the technical contact on your account. Major incidents get a post-mortem in /blog within 7 days.
